Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist / Workshop Coordinator in Western Cape

A leading company in the fire protection industry, West Coast Personnel is currently seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist / Workshop Coordinator. This is an excellent chance to be part of a fast-paced environment while managing front-desk operations in the beautiful Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls and address client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate workshop intake and oversee collections for various projects.
  • Maintain communication between clients and the workshop team for smooth operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and client follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a technical setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and multitasking abilities, proficiency with office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and ability to work independently.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
