Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist/Personal Assistant in Centurion

A leading company, Lumina Personnel, is currently searching for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Personal Assistant to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This position offers an exciting chance to support the administrative operations of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diary and meeting coordination to ensure schedules are organized and efficient.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for executives and other staff members as needed.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation to assist with office tasks.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administrative or office management qualification preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or Personal Assistant is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R8,000 – R10,000 per month.
