Key Responsibilities
- Support and advise clients on talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Conduct HR audits and assessments to enhance HR operations and strategic planning.
- Implement and improve HR processes and systems to deliver effective solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide training and support to HR teams on best practices and emerging trends in HR management.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of SA labour laws, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools to streamline HR processes and data analysis.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
