Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the front desk team during assigned shifts to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are meticulously followed.
  • Manage reservations and billing processes accurately to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Train and mentor front office staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or similar field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office leadership role within a hotel environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest service.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
