A leading company, Accredited Resource Consulting Services, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. This is a prime opportunity to provide essential administrative and operational support in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage and organize files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations, demonstrating strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Coordinate office activities and communicate effectively with various departments to foster collaboration.
  • Perform general office duties such as managing supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in administration or office management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

💰 Salary Insight
