A leading company, NDC Personnel & Contractors, is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Admin Assistant to join their logistics team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is an ideal role for someone looking to kickstart their career in operations and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with documentation, data entry, and record-keeping for logistics operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring smooth communication within the team.
  • Help manage inventory and support the procurement process as needed.
  • Contribute to team projects and participate in operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or logistics are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or logistical role is preferred but not required.
  • Technology: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with logistics software is an advantage.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
