Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, efficient, and proactive human resources service to management and employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and manage training and personal development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and maintain employee relations strategies that promote a high-performance culture.

Requirements
- Qualification: Post-matric qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in an HR-related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to manage diverse tasks effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with labor legislation and HR software systems.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R35,000 – R50,000 per month.
