A leading company, QuickTeam, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Manage scheduling, including appointments and travel arrangements, while coordinating multiple calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring attention to detail in all communications.
- Assist with project management tasks, preparing materials and tracking progress against deadlines.
- Maintain and organize files and documents, ensuring information is readily accessible and confidential.
- Act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders, managing communication and information flow.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R17,000 – R25,000 per month.
