Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training manuals, guides, and learning resources aligned with company goals.
- Conduct assessments for internal and SETA-aligned programmes, ensuring quality and compliance.

- Evaluate learning outcomes and provide feedback to enhance future training sessions.

Requirements
