Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist in Port Elizabeth

A leading company in the Law Firm Industry, Headhunters is seeking a motivated Receptionist to join their team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic law firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized, maintaining a professional environment.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the relevant personnel or department.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars for legal staff.
  • Assist with documentation and filing, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role; experience in a legal environment is advantageous.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
