Exciting Opportunity: Administrative Assistant in Pretoria

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to enhance your career? Werkie is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support their financial advisers in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is not an entry-level role and is suited for intermediate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers, ensuring efficient operation of services.
  • Manage client documentation and correspondence accurately.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments to optimize advisers’ schedules.
  • Maintain databases and records for advisory practices, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in Administration or Business Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in an administrative or similar role within the finance sector.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R15,000 – R18,000 per month.
