Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the housekeeping department to ensure that all areas of the lodge are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular stock takes and manage the usage of housekeeping materials to optimize resources.
- Ensure that all maintenance repairs are addressed promptly to maintain the lodge’s aesthetics and guest satisfaction.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback regarding housekeeping services to improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Education: Relevant certification in hospitality management or related field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in housekeeping.
