Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Ecommerce Manager and team with answering customer queries through various communication channels.
- Handle customer orders, returns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Track customer interactions and update information in the database.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
