Exciting Opportunity: Experienced Receptionist in Pietermaritzburg

A leading company in the recruitment sector, RedCat Recruitment, is urgently seeking a skilled Receptionist for a well-established concern. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and friendly professional to thrive in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls with a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, providing visitors and clients a warm welcome upon arrival.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and facilitate a smooth flow of information within the office.
  • Assist in processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a reception or administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Matric certificate or equivalent is essential; a diploma in office administration would be advantageous.
  • Personal Attributes: Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask effectively.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
