Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and engage with candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and recruitment databases.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and motivations.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, particularly those fluent in German.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize recruitment CRMs and sourcing tools (like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, and Lusha) to streamline and effectively manage candidates.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in recruitment with experience in agency or in-house settings.
- Language: Must be a native German speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with recruitment CRMs and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Location: Candidates must currently reside in South Africa.
- Education: A relevant degree or equivalent experience in human resources or business is advantageous.
