Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure that documents are stored efficiently.
- Assist in special projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Personal Assistant or senior secretarial role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: A relevant qualification in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
