Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete payroll function, from input to final processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations regarding payroll, including tax deductions, UIF contributions, and other necessary withholdings.
- Process payroll-related transactions such as adjustments, bonuses, and deductions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain records of employees’ pay and benefits and resolve payroll discrepancies or queries swiftly.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and internal auditing purposes to uphold transparency and compliance.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in Payroll Management or Accounting.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in payroll management within South Africa.
- Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with strong attention to detail and excellent numerical abilities.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of South African labor law and payroll regulations.
