Exciting Opportunity: Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers) in Pretoria

A leading company, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is currently seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers). This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of conveyancing documents for property transfers.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and other related parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the conveyancing process.
  • Manage the file progression system and update all relevant parties on the status of transfers.
  • Provide administrative support to conveyancers in managing their caseloads efficiently.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric or similar educational background.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, specifically in property transfers.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
