Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist in Luxury Property, KwaZulu-Natal

A leading company in the luxury hospitality sector, Hoteljobs, is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist. This is a prime opportunity to join an upscale environment that embodies elegance and professionalism in KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all guests, providing exceptional customer service and information.
  • Handle telephone calls, take messages, and assist guests with inquiries and bookings.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy reception area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and available.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure all guest needs are met promptly.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month.
