Exciting Opportunity: Corporate Receptionist and Junior Office Manager in Cape Town

A leading company in the retail sector, Service Solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated Corporate Receptionist and Junior Office Manager to join their dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a prime opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, alongside managing essential office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and assistance.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence effectively.
  • Support the office management team with administrative duties and tasks.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient reception area in line with company standards.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant certification or experience in reception or office management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a retail or corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office management software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
