A leading company, Boston Scientific, is on the lookout for a dedicated Office Services Specialist. This is a fantastic chance to join a collaborative team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner and collaborate with local teams to enhance office and operational effectiveness.
  • Support the development and implementation of facility strategies to meet business goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment to promote a positive work atmosphere.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring smooth operations for all staff.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to optimize resources.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in Office Administration or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in an office support role with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent organizational skills.
  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well in teams.
