A leading company in the automotive industry is searching for an experienced Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to work from the comfort of their home in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve office processes and enhance workflow.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to ensure service quality.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a data entry role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R7,000 – R8,000 per month.
