A leading company, Omega People Solutions, is currently recruiting a dedicated Business Development Manager to spearhead merchant acquisition across a powerful fintech ecosystem in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a fantastic opportunity for sales-driven professionals to join a dynamic team in a fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the merchant acquisition process, enhancing the company’s presence in the fintech market.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners and clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to capture new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and customer experiences.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing feedback to senior management.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, preferably within the fintech sector.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing strategies.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
