Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional reception experience.
- Manage front-of-house operations effectively, including greeting guests, answering phones, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and tracking office expenses.
- Support the management team by handling correspondence and documenting meetings.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matriculation certificate or equivalent; further qualifications in office management will be an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a corporate receptionist or similar role, preferably in retail.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and customer service orientation.
💰 Salary Insight
