Exciting Opportunity: National Human Resources Manager in Johannesburg

A leading company in the field of Human Resources is currently searching for a dedicated National Human Resources Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to implement and manage comprehensive HR strategies and policies in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional management to provide holistic HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Advise on talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes and ensure talent acquisition aligns with organizational needs.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an HR management role, preferably in a national capacity.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in South Africa.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R35,000 – R55,000 per month.
