Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate accredited and non-accredited training programs for educators and caregivers.
- Develop engaging learning materials tailored to diverse educational needs.
- Organize and lead caregiver-baby playgroup sessions to foster developmental skills.
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training methods and materials.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Development or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in training, mentoring, or educational roles.

💰 Salary Insight
