Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising activities according to the specified cycle brief.
- Maintain housekeeping standards as detailed in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Interact politely with customers and escalate issues to the Line Manager when necessary.
- Accurately record merchandising activities as per established standards.
- Carry out calls following the planned call cycle to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide advisement to the Line Manager regarding any identified opportunities or concerns during merchandising activities.
Requirements
- Experience: Background in merchandising or retail preferred.
