Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the selection process for roles such as General Workers, Pickers & Packers, and Forklift and Reach Truck Drivers.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and comply with company policies.
- Support ongoing training and development initiatives for new hires in the warehouse sector.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels at all times.
Requirements
- Qualifications: No specific qualifications required; however, experience in warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Experience: Previous experience as a General Worker, Picker, Packer, or Forklift/Reach Truck Driver is preferred.
