A leading company is seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary to support an in-house attorney in Rustenburg, North West. If you’re a detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the in-house legal team, including document management and correspondence handling.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Organize and maintain the legal filing system, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval of information.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments for the legal team.
  • Assist with the preparation of case files and documentation for court proceedings or client meetings.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma or degree in Legal Studies or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role in a legal setting.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures; proficiency in MS Office and legal management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
