Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant: Transport Regulations in Cape Town

A leading company within the government sector, the Western Cape Government, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant: Transport Regulations. This is a prime opportunity to join a vital team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Render a comprehensive secretarial support service to the Chief Director: Transport Regulation.
  • Facilitate communication within the directorate, ensuring timely responses to correspondence.
  • Organize and manage meetings, including scheduling and coordination of agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain and manage the Chief Director’s calendar, prioritizing appointments and engagements.
  • Prepare documentation and reports as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in presentation.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A relevant qualification in administration or office management is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R338,106 – R398,277 per year.
