Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee databases to ensure up-to-date records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, facilitating a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist HR management in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
  • Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an HR administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software, strong organizational abilities.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with the capability to handle confidential information.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Market Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month.
