Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant in Johannesburg

Boardroom Appointments is hiring a dedicated Personal Assistant. This is a fantastic chance to join a thriving company in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily personal assistant support to executives, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to optimize executive time.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls, responding on behalf of executives when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations for meetings and projects.
  • Contribute to team collaboration and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain organizational systems and filing to ensure smooth workflow and access to necessary information.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is essential.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office management software and digital communication tools.
  • Education: A relevant qualification or degree could be beneficial.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Market Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
