Key Responsibilities
- Conduct both foot and vehicle patrols alongside a trained K9 partner to protect staff, visitors, and organizational assets.
- Promptly respond to alarms and disturbances, maintaining a secure and safe environment for all personnel.
- Handle incident reports efficiently while coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Monitor security systems and access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Engage with the public in a professional manner, addressing their security concerns and providing assistance when necessary.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric certificate; additional security training or qualification is advantageous.
- Experience: Previous experience in a security role is preferred, with a focus on K9 operations.
- Skills: Exceptional observation skills with the ability to act decisively in emergencies.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license and firearm competency certificate are essential.
- Physical Fitness: Must meet physical standards and be comfortable working long hours outdoors.
💰 Salary Insight
