A leading company, Swift Recruitment, is on the lookout for a proficient Payroll and HR Administrator. This role is ideal for those who possess strong expertise in payroll functions and HR support, providing an excellent platform for career growth in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full payroll function using VIP Classic software, ensuring accurate processing of salaries and wages.
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Provide BEE compliance support, ensuring alignments from the payroll perspective.
  • Regularly update payroll records, addressing any discrepancies promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports and financial analysis related to employee remuneration.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant HR or Payroll Administration certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in payroll administration, with robust knowledge of the VIP Classic system.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with South African labor laws and regulations.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R35,000 per month.
