A leading company, The Legends Agency, is expanding its team and looking for a dedicated Real Estate Virtual Assistant / Administrative Coordinator. Join a growing UK property business that supports high-end real estate projects and enhances customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and clients, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and customer inquiries, effectively positioning the agency in the market.
  • Handle property listings and updates, ensuring all information is accurate and timely.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to promote real estate services.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant experience in real estate or administrative support roles.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client relations.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R24,000 per month.
