Join Job Masters as a dedicated Payroll Supervisor on the East Rand, Gauteng! This role serves as the second-in-command (2IC) to the Group Payroll Manager and is crucial for overseeing and verifying the end-to-end payroll function.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary and wage disbursement for all employees.
- Verify payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Supervise the payroll team, providing support and guidance as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to payroll.
- Participate in the implementation of payroll systems and processes for efficiency.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in payroll management/supervision.
- Skills: Proficiency in VIP Payroll and familiarity with NBCRFLI regulations.
- Attributes: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
