Exciting Opportunity: People & Culture Skills Development Coordinator in Midrand

A leading company, Dis-Chem Pharmacies, has an exciting opening for a People & Culture Skills Development Coordinator at their Head Office in Midrand. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about skills development and have a knack for coordinating and supporting training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, coordination, and administration of the bursary and work readiness programs.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating skill development initiatives across various departments.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and evaluate effectiveness of programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and monitor budgets for each program.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a training or development coordinator role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R28,000 per month.
