A leading company, Pavago, is currently seeking a passionate and driven Recruiter. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely and lead recruitment efforts for a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop appropriate strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including social media platforms and job boards.
- Engage with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidates’ information and statuses.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work U.S. client business hours with flexibility for candidate availability and interview scheduling.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R35,000 per month.
