Exciting Opportunity: Administration Clerk: Provisioning and Asset Management in Cape Town

A leading company, Western Cape Government, is currently seeking a dedicated Administration Clerk: Provisioning and Asset Management. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the effective management of provincial asset inventories and provisioning tasks.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring compliance with asset management policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to manage resource allocation efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of assets and inventory systems.
  • Facilitate audits and inspections related to asset management.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in administration or asset management.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in administrative roles, preferably within government or public sector.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with asset management software.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of governmental processes and compliance requirements.
  • Attributes: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R228,321 – R268,950 per year.
