Exciting Opportunity: Reservationist in South Africa

A leading company, Bright Placements, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Reservationist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team within the hospitality industry, where accuracy and excellent customer service skills are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process reservations with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
  • Utilize reservation software efficiently to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve guest inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy during data entry and processing.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer support and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience in utilizing reservation software and other related systems.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R10,000 – R15,000 per month.
