Exciting Opportunity: Human Resources Practitioner in Cape Town

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for people management? Communicate Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and enhance the HR function within a dynamic environment in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mature the people management function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and practices that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage recruitment processes, ensuring that the organization attracts top-tier talent.
  • Implement and monitor employee development programs aimed at maximizing workforce effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic support to management in relation to employee relations and performance management.
  • Oversee compliance with employment laws and ensure the organization adheres to best practices in HR.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar HR role, especially within the education or NPO sector is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and practices applicable to South Africa.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R600,000 – R720,000 per year.
