Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mature the people management function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and practices that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage recruitment processes, ensuring that the organization attracts top-tier talent.
- Implement and monitor employee development programs aimed at maximizing workforce effectiveness.
- Provide strategic support to management in relation to employee relations and performance management.
- Oversee compliance with employment laws and ensure the organization adheres to best practices in HR.
Requirements
- Qualification: Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar HR role, especially within the education or NPO sector is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and practices applicable to South Africa.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R600,000 – R720,000 per year.
