Exciting Opportunity: Typist in Johannesburg

A leading company, Unique Personnel, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Typist. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe documents and information from audio files and written materials.
  • Ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency in all typed content.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Organize and manage digital files and documents efficiently.
  • Coordinate with team members to understand specific typing needs and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in typing or office administration is advantageous.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a typist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and typing software, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R7,000 – R8,000 per month.
