Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist in Knysna

A leading company, Mirna Butler Recruitment, is currently seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and organized Receptionist. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Knysna, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
  • Ensure the reception area is well-organized and maintained.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administrative or receptionist qualification or experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Attributes: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R8,000 per month.
