Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop technical sales strategies to promote the company’s seed products.
- Provide agronomic advice and support to clients to maximize crop yield and profitability.
- Conduct field trials and evaluate the performance of new seed varieties.
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives and farmers on best practices.
- Collaborate with research teams to integrate feedback into product development.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in agronomy or technical sales, preferably in the seed industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of crop management practices and agronomic principles.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R35,000 – R40,000 per month.
