Key Responsibilities
- Support workforce management across various project operations, ensuring the right talent is in place for optimal performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to the solar project needs.

- Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
Requirements
- Nationality: Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in human resources, particularly in project management or renewable energy sectors is a plus.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team, and proficiency in HR software.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
