Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant to Senior Partner in Sandton

A leading company, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to support a Senior Partner in Sandton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-reputed firm and play an integral role in their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Partner, including calendar management and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Senior Partner and other executives when required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and manage confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience in a corporate/commercial legal environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant office software.
  • Education: Relevant degree or qualification in administration or a related field is an advantage.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
