Exciting Opportunity: Project Coordinator: Board Performance Evaluations in Sandton

A leading company in South Africa is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their Board Performance Evaluations (BPE) team. This role is ideal for a project coordinator or project administrator who thrives in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate board performance evaluations and manage all related stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Prepare and present evaluation reports to senior management and board members.
  • Facilitate meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of minutes and action items.
  • Assist in developing project strategies and plans to improve board performance.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication abilities.
  • Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
