Exciting Opportunity: Law Firm Receptionist / Administrator in Pretoria

Are you an organized professional with exceptional communication skills? Staff Unlimited is currently seeking a dedicated Law Firm Receptionist / Administrator. This is a prime opportunity to join a reputable law firm in Pretoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front office operations, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Act as the first point of contact; handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys and clients.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment; ensure everything is adequately stocked and functioning.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a law firm.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with legal terminology.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
