A leading company, Hire Resolve, is on the lookout for an experienced Front Office Global Operations Manager to lead and optimize front office operations across multiple international locations. This role offers the chance to align global front office teams with strategic business objectives while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to align with global objectives.
  • Oversee team performance and ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for front office staff.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar managerial role within global operations.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with front office systems and technology.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R35,000 – R55,000 per month.
